Smart Inbox
AI-powered workflows for Gmail, Google Chat, and Drive. Summarize inbox, draft replies, auto-reply in Chat, and automate with Oshaani agents.
Tool capabilities
- Smart Inbox — summarize Gmail, suggest replies, create Tasks
- First email draft — AI drafts replies as Gmail drafts
- Document intelligence — summarize Drive, Docs, Sheets
- Chat assistant & auto-reply — analyze or reply in Google Chat
- API & MCP — scripts, Cursor, Claude Desktop
What you can do
Connect your Google workspace once; then run AI workflows from the dashboard, on a schedule, or via API.
-
Smart Inbox
Get a daily summary of your Gmail inbox: urgency, suggested replies, and action items. Tasks are created automatically in Google Tasks (list “Smart Inbox”).
-
First email draft
AI drafts a reply to the first or chosen email thread. A Gmail draft is created so you review and send from Gmail—we never send email for you.
-
Document intelligence
Summarize recent Google Drive activity and key Docs/Sheets. Use it for context in custom workflows or to stay on top of shared files.
-
Chat assistant & auto-reply
Analyze Google Chat spaces or auto-reply in any space using your Oshaani agent. Pick a space and run once, or let automation handle replies on a schedule.
-
API & MCP
Generate an API key and call workflows from scripts, cron, or MCP clients (Cursor, Claude Desktop). Use
Authorization: Bearer <key>.
Your data stays in your Google account. We use OAuth (no password); credentials and settings are stored in a private “Smart Inbox” folder in your Drive.
How to use it
- Sign in with Oshaani – Use the button above and sign in with your oshaani.com account. This is the only way to sign in.
- Connect Google (first time only) – You’ll be asked to connect your Google account so workflows can read Gmail, Chat and Drive. We use OAuth; we don’t see your password.
- Open the dashboard – After sign-in you’ll see workflows: Smart Inbox, First email draft, Document intelligence, Chat auto-reply.
- Run workflows – Click Run on any workflow.
- Optional: API key – Generate an API key from the dashboard for scripts or MCP (Cursor, Claude Desktop). Use
Authorization: Bearer <key>.
How to create an Agent Key in Oshaani
Workflows use Oshaani.com AI agents. You can use the shared server key (with limits) or your own for unlimited runs.
Watch the Oshaani tutorial below, or open it on YouTube.
- Go to oshaani.com and sign up or log in.
- Create an agent and train it for your use case (e.g. email summaries, reply drafting).
- Publish the agent.
- Sign in here and choose the agent under Oshaani AI agent on the dashboard — Smart Inbox creates its API key for you.
The key is stored in your Google Drive (folder “Smart Inbox”), not on our server.
Free usage limitation
If you do not add your own Oshaani API key:
- You can run 10 workflows per day (any combination of Smart Inbox, Document intelligence, Chat auto-reply, First email draft).
- After 10 runs, you’ll see a message asking you to add your Oshaani key for more.
The limit applies to manual and API-triggered workflow runs when using the server’s default key.
Upgrade steps (unlimited runs)
- Create an Oshaani agent – Follow the steps in “How to create an Agent Key in Oshaani” above.
- Sign in here – Use “Sign in with Oshaani” and open the dashboard.
- Choose your agent – In the Oshaani AI agent box, select your agent and click Use selected agent. Its key is stored in your Google Drive.
- You now have unlimited workflow runs; the daily limit no longer applies to your account.
